Akibat membaca ' Cosmetic Surgery and Beauty Magazine'

Mesti mcm tak percayakan??? yer benar aku membacenyer... wakakaka... seyes tak lalu nak buka pon part liposuction tu... padahal tak bace pon tgk pic jer pon... hahaha... al-kisah, buka last title of the magazine tajuk dia 'tips for breakfast diet' kot cm tu lah bunyinyer... oklah kan memandangkan diri sdg mengamalkan pemakanan seimbang, seimbang ker??? hehe... ok, dlm magazine ckp pagi tu better lah amik oat, bijirin, roti... alah cm standard jer kan??? maner2 magazine pon sama, so aku hanya membaca sekerat sahaja...

pastu ader ar story-mory dgn DR yg pinjamkan aku buku nie... dia ckp klu korg nak jaga kesihatan siler2 lah mkn supplement... mesti korg terpikirkan sikit punyer byk supplement dok beratur kat pasaran tu kan... aku pon pk benda yg sama... so Dr tu pon ckp, mmg byk pon sampai tak tau maner yg better but belilah yg baru2 kuar mean dia dah byk wat research so that supplement dia pon mesti dah dah meningkat kualitynyer... nie bkn company baru tp new supplement ok... kang ader plak salah anggap... dan sebenarnyer aku dah sgt2 lama tak amik aper2 supplement, dan yg last sekali pon amik B-Complex n Neurobion tah la DR bagi soh mkn, so mkn jer la nak sihat kan... hahahaha... sakit baru nak mkn, padahal baru supplement jer...

so jump to conclusion, nak amik supplemet bg perempuan amik lah yg lebih Iron utk tambahkan Iron dlm darah coz time period wanita akan kekurangan byk darah... emmm, DR nie gak suggest kat aku soh amik Multi-Vitamin yg ader kandunagan Iron yg tinggi n the other thing ofcoz utk kulit cantik saper tak mo kan, mkn lah Vitamin C hari2... oklah, nak try pon Vit-C aku tinggal 5bijik jer... mana tak nyer aku hanya mkn Vit-C biler nak demam selsema... hahahah... Vit-C aku mahal la jugak so budget takkan nak mkn ari2 kan... so dah DR tu sudgest mkn jer hari2 so kn try la... lg 1 patut la aku salu kurang sihat kot, lama tak amik supplement n Vit-C... hahahaha
