1st Ramadhan with My LOVE

... SMS yg seyes dah tidak mengganggu hidup kita... rasenyer kita dah dapat belajar kesibukan diri masing2, especially aku dah faham kesibukan dirinyer terhadap tugas2nyer kat opis... thanks GOD coz beri aku sedikit kesedaran bahawasanyer mmg dia tak punyer banyak masa buat diri ku... tak per lah, as long as kita tahu n kita faham antara 1 sama lain... thanks juga pada fren dia yg memaklumkan kepada ku supaya aku faham tugas2 nyer... hehehehe... "thanks awk, coz awak tahu kan kawan awk nie a.k.a ENCIK sy nie bkn nyer nak share, budget org tahu... hehe, dapat awek sengal cm sy mmg la dr dulu susah nak faham... hahaha..."

... hari nie pegi bazar ramadhan, best2... tp penat berjalan sakit kaki... huhu... membeli nasi tomato, pau goreng n kebab(untuk sahur)tak luper gak beli air limau yg tak sedap langsung... haha... alamak luper amik pic... so google sendri jer la ek... haha... balik rumah tgk cerita MIA (Epilog Syurga Cinta), suke tgk mia jer... hehe... SMS encik, sian encik dah la bz g bazar ramadhan dah tak der aper pon... tu lah lambat lg saper suruh, so encik sy mkn MCD jer la... huhu sian, encik nak nasik tomato sy??? maaf la dah habis dah baru sy nak offer... hehe (jahatnyer sy)...

... em, KAKAK SEPUPU sy mkn aper yer berbuke td... naper dia tak online nie... huhu... dah ler makan sorg2, sian dia... jap dia dah reply... haha... nak tahu dia mkn aper??? emmm, roti john, roti jala, nasi putih jer, cm tak der lauk plak (lauk sambal udang tu... best2)... ayat tak boleh bla dr beliau, "tp pedas mcm tgh marah je masak nye" hahahahahaha... bulan pose maner baik marah2...

... MAMA pulak... alah, nak call jap... mama makan tepung talam, nasi berlauk n sambal tempe... air soya tidak dilupa... hehe... KAKAK la mkn tak hengat dunia... mama dok cerita dia gelak2 kat sebelah... hahaha, kakak tak bace bismilah la tu... dah lewat malam mcm nie pon lagi bernafsu mkn tom yam... adoy la... hehe... wah best nyer, tak sabar nak balik rumah hujung mgu nie... nak mkn ayam masak merah, gulai terung ikan masin n durian yg diidamkan... thanks kat PAK LIK utuk durian jumaat ini... hahaha, cm maner2 pon org akan balik mkn durian... hehe... wah rindu semua org kat rumah...

A simple word can bring happiness to other people... macam hari nie... satu ayat dua perkataan telah membuatkan aku lupa aper aku nak buat n kena buat... dah la luper, siap aku senyum sorg2 sampai ke petang... hahahaha... tak tau naper hepy sgt, rase mcm lain... rase mcm terbang... huhuhuhu, aku dah kritikal nie... help me... my bff gelak besar... tak terkata dgn tingkah laku aku yg lepas laku becoz of those word... kenapa sy begitu??? sy sendiri tak pasti kenapa... yg sy tahu sy senang hati bila terbaca ayat tu, then rase nak lompat tinggi2... hahahaha, ader kah tindakan reflek ini disbbkan oleh keterlebihan aku membace novel2 fairytale aku tu... hahaha, watever... oh perasaan, naper la ko mcm terlebih hormon estrogen jer... kau buat aku cm terbang melayang dr pg sampai ptg... kau buat aku luper semua keje aku... aper nie...kenapa dgn aku???? oh, help me!!! i'm flying... =)

Make Today the Start of Your NEW LIFE!

We have only one life to live and we want to live it at the very best that we possible could. There are many things that can help You to start Your new life today and at this moment.

But before You start to do any changes, one should make it clear to himself: why he wants to make changes? What is the reason of dissatisfaction? Is it the way how you look? Is it your weight, career, friends, hobbies, addictions that keeps you away from a happier life?

By doing things in an old way we are attracting the same type of people in our lives, the same type of problems and achievements in our life, the same type of diseases and illnesses. The fact of not making changes in our lives and living in an old way puts us in a stressful mood. This mood pushes us to make some changes in order to fulfill the feeling of happiness.

The peak time comes when one morning a person wakes up and says- I don't want to continue living this way! I want to make some changes! I want to start a new life. This is a begging of changes. But with not enough discipline and determination we often fail to achieve this goal of starting a new life.

We very often we stop at the first step: we only say that we want to start a new life. We say: I will divorce from my husband, I will find a new job, I will change my friends, I will quit smoking and won't drink too much, I will spend more time with my children, I will....I will...and again lots of I will promises. But promises are not enough. We have to do something! So how can you make today the start of your new life?

Here are some examples and advices you might want to read and write down somewhere, because some of them you might find inspirational and useful:

1. Write down things you want to change in your life!

2. Make, do or buy something that will remind to you your promise to start a new life every day. Make a small painting, put an image on the desktop of your laptop, make a new hairstyle, buy a new bracelet of "reminder of starting a new life" and wear it every day. Anything that will remind You every day that You have to keep on going in this new way will do just fine, because it will help You not to give away those promises that You have made.

3. Tell about Your wish to your best friends! Do it today! Tell them that, for example, you decided to loose 5 pounds in the next 6 weeks. I am sure they will time to time remind to you about your promise, when they will see you eating chocolate or drinking lemonade! This way you will not be able to skip from your earlier made promises.

4. Spend 15 minutes every day in self-inspiring coffee breaks. Start it now. Think about those changes you wanted to make. Do it with an intense. Remind yourself what you have managed to change so far and else have to be done. This is an important point because it is a moment of self disciplining and managing. What type of changes can you possibly make if you don't manage those you have and have not made so far?

5. Wake up 10 minutes earlier and go to sleep 10 minutes earlier, it will discipline yourself and motivate you in such way, that it will remind you that you already started to go forward your goals. If you cant manage to discipline time of waking up and going to sleep, it is unlikely that you will manage to make any other changes in your life. I would say that in 68% of cases it is a proven fact. Maybe you consider yourself to be one of those 32% who can skip this task.

These are only five tips, but I can tell you that they work and they are efficient. Good luck in this challenging travel of self improvement and start making changes today!
